How do credits work?

Visual Maker AI charges credits when you generate or edit images and videos. The amount depends on the model, resolution, quality, reference inputs, and video duration. Check the credit estimate in the generator before submitting; there is no single fixed cost for every image or video.

Free credits

New accounts receive 10 free credits. You can use them with generation options that fit your balance. Higher-quality images and videos may require more credits.

One-time credit packs

Credits from a one-time purchase do not reset with a subscription cycle. See the Pricing page for available packs and the checkout price in your region.

Subscription plans

Subscriptions issue credits each month while the paid plan is active. Annual subscriptions deliver their credits monthly throughout the paid annual term, rather than granting the entire year's amount at once. Subscription credits have a usage window and unused credits do not become permanent credits. See Pricing for current allowances and billing periods.

One-time and subscription credits are tracked separately. When both are available, credits expiring sooner are spent first. You can inspect the balances and expiration dates on your Credits page.

Refund policy

If a task fails without producing an output, the system handles the deducted credits according to the task outcome. Purchase refunds and subscription cancellations follow our Refund Policy and the terms shown at checkout. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund past charges or restore spent credits. Contact support if you need help with an order.
