AI Content Use Policy

Rules for creating, sharing, and using AI content with Visual Maker AI

2026/07/16

1. Purpose and Scope

This AI Content Use Policy ("Policy") explains how you may create, upload, edit, publish, and commercially use content with Visual Maker AI. It applies to prompts, reference files, generated images and videos, public-gallery content, and attempts to use or bypass our systems. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

You are responsible for your Input, Output, and how you use or distribute it. An AI system accepting a request or producing an Output does not mean that the request or Output is lawful, accurate, safe, or approved by Visual Maker AI.

You may submit content only when you have all rights and permissions needed for us and our providers to process it and for your intended use of the Output. In particular:

  • do not upload copyrighted works, trademarks, confidential material, or personal data unless your use is authorized by law or the rights holder;
  • obtain appropriate consent before using a real person's face, voice, likeness, identifying features, or private information, especially for realistic edits or synthetic media;
  • do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or an official relationship that does not exist; and
  • respect publicity, privacy, data-protection, moral, and contractual rights in every country where you publish or use the content.

Public availability of an image or name does not by itself give you permission to use it.

3. Prohibited Content and Uses

You must not use the Services to create, edit, upload, request, or distribute:

  • child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors or persons presented as minors, grooming, or any exploitation of children;
  • non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, voyeuristic material, or content that sexualizes a real person without explicit consent;
  • credible threats, instructions to cause serious physical harm, glorification or operational support of terrorism or violent extremism, or targeted harassment;
  • deceptive impersonation, identity theft, forged evidence or documents, phishing, fraud, scams, extortion, or content intended to manipulate a person into disclosing money, credentials, or sensitive information;
  • content that unlawfully discriminates, dehumanizes, or incites violence against people based on protected characteristics;
  • content that violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, data protection, confidentiality, or other legal rights;
  • malware, malicious code, instructions to compromise systems, or attempts to discover or exploit security vulnerabilities;
  • illegal goods or services, or instructions that meaningfully facilitate serious unlawful conduct;
  • deceptive election content, false voting instructions, or synthetic media intended to mislead people about a candidate, public official, or material civic event; or
  • any content or use prohibited by applicable law.

Artistic, documentary, educational, or newsworthy context does not excuse content that is itself illegal or that creates a serious and foreseeable risk of harm. We may consider context when enforcing this Policy.

4. High-Impact and Regulated Decisions

Do not use Output as the sole or determinative basis for decisions about a person's employment, credit, housing, education, insurance, immigration, healthcare, legal rights, law-enforcement treatment, or access to essential goods or services. Do not infer sensitive traits, emotions, credibility, criminality, health status, or eligibility from a person's appearance.

Any permitted professional or regulated use requires qualified human review, independent verification, appropriate notices and consent, and compliance with all sector-specific laws. Visual Maker AI does not provide regulated advice or certify Output for safety-critical use.

5. Synthetic Media and Transparency

Clearly disclose that content is AI-generated or materially AI-edited whenever:

  • applicable law, platform rules, advertising standards, or a contract requires disclosure;
  • the content realistically depicts a real person, event, place, product result, testimonial, or newsworthy occurrence that did not happen as shown; or
  • a reasonable viewer could otherwise be materially misled about its origin or authenticity.

Use a disclosure that is clear and appropriate to the medium, audience, and context. Do not remove provenance information, watermarks, content credentials, or safety labels for the purpose of deception. Parody and fiction should still be labeled when a realistic presentation creates a meaningful risk of confusion or harm.

6. Commercial Use

You may use Output commercially, subject to the Terms of Service, this Policy, applicable law, and any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for clearance searches, permissions, licenses, disclosures, product claims, advertising compliance, and determining whether an Output can be protected or registered as intellectual property.

We do not guarantee that Output is unique, non-infringing, commercially safe, or eligible for copyright or trademark protection. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users. Do not use Output as a trademark, logo, product identity, or exclusive asset without appropriate professional clearance.

7. Accuracy and Human Review

AI Output may contain fabricated text, distorted details, incorrect depictions, or hidden artifacts. Before publication or reliance, review the full Output, verify factual claims using reliable independent sources, and test it for your use case. Extra review is required for advertising, news, education, health, safety, legal, financial, and accessibility contexts.

Do not represent an AI-generated person, testimonial, product result, or event as real. Do not use Output to spread misinformation or conceal material facts.

8. Privacy and Sensitive Data

Minimize personal data in prompts and uploads. Do not submit passwords, financial credentials, government identifiers, medical records, precise location, confidential business information, or private communications unless lawful, strictly necessary, and appropriate for processing by our third-party providers. See our Privacy Policy for how content is processed.

9. Platform Content Moderation Mechanism

You may not bypass filters, conceal prohibited intent, rotate accounts to evade restrictions, or help others violate this Policy. We use a combination of automated safety checks and human review to moderate content and enforce this Policy. Automated checks may block a generation request or flag it for review when a request, upload, or provider response indicates a possible violation.

Public-gallery content is held for review before it is featured or otherwise promoted. We may also review content after publication when it is flagged by our systems, reported by a user, or brought to us through a support request. Review considers the content, prompt, relevant context, report details, and applicable law. Automated tools and human reviewers can make mistakes, so we provide an appeal process described below.

10. Enforcement Actions for Violations

Depending on the severity, risk, and history of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions: block or cancel a generation request; remove, unpublish, or restrict access to content; withhold or reverse public-gallery rewards connected to the violation; limit product features; suspend or terminate an account; preserve relevant records; or report conduct to competent authorities where legally required. We may act immediately to prevent harm, protect users, or comply with law and provider requirements. Repeated, evasive, or serious violations may result in permanent account termination.

If you believe an enforcement decision was mistaken, contact support@visualmakerai.com with your account email, content or generation ID, and relevant context. We review good-faith appeals, but may limit repeated or abusive appeals.

11. Reporting Content and Handling Process

Report suspected illegal, infringing, non-consensual, or dangerous content through our contact page or at support@visualmakerai.com. Include the URL or content ID, the reason for the report, supporting information, and how we may contact you. Do not redistribute harmful content solely to report it. For an urgent risk of physical harm, contact local emergency services first.

We assess each good-faith report, review the available content and context, and may request additional information. When a report indicates a likely violation, we may make the content unavailable while we investigate and apply the enforcement actions in Section 10. We keep reports and review records only as needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and dispute handling.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy as the Services, risks, provider requirements, and law evolve. We will post the revised version and update the date above. Material changes apply prospectively with reasonable notice where required.
